Tyler, know known as JuneBug, a 1-year old, 5-lbs Tiger-Striped Chihuahua X Terrier Mix was rescued from the Downey Shelter. He know spends his time working as a Forensics Chi-cologist with his Mum who works in the state prison system and whom he accompanies to work to share his wisdom and love with those les fortunate.
Armani, a year old. 6-lbs Italian Greyhound mix was rescued from the Downey Shelter. He is now living a wonderful life in San Diego with his fur-sister Dolche Maria, another rescue IG X Chi blend.

Captain Hook was rescued from Baldwin Park within minutes of being euthanized, and who is now living happily in Beverly Hills.
Pipkin (Now Baskin) a Dagel, was rescued from the Long Beach Shelter and is adored by his pet parents in Aliso Viejo, CA

Iggy Stump, a snowshoe tripod Siamese was found injured on the side of the road and taken to our veterinary office. After having to have her leg amputated she went to live with another tripod kitty in Venice Beach, CA.
Amilee was surrendered to our rescue in very poor condition. She has ulcerated eyes and was very under-weight. After regaining her health she went to live in Dana Point, CA with a wonderful fur-family and Pet Guardian
Quincy, a Standard Dachshund was rescued from the Baldwin Park Shelter and turned over to a breed-specific rescue Dachshund Haven of Garden Grove (DHOGG) for placement.

Duffy, a Lhasa-Poo was rescued from the Redlands Shelter, where he was surrendered by his Owners. He was severely matted. In fact his two hind legs had matted in to one. Duffy now lives happily in Tustin as a Lady’s Companion doggie!
Truffles (or Truffies to her friends) was rescued from the Redlands Shelter where she ended up after being found as a stray along the side of the road. Even though she had many physical and health issues she had a phenomenal personality and was much loved by her Pet Guardian who adopted her regardless. It was finally determined that Truffies was suffering with severe hydrocephalus that had never been managed early on to give her a chance at a longer life than the 18-months she had with us.
Nacho, a red Min Pin, was rescued after being abandoned in someone’s front yard. The person where he was abandoned very graciously fostered Nacho until a wonderful furever home was identified in Canada with a couple who live on-the-road as Long Haul Truck Drivers. Nacho spends his time traveling the US and Canada with his fur-brother and has an amazing home when not on the road as well!
Penny, a Yorkie Mix, was rescued from the North Central LA Animal shelter and is now happily living in Huntington Beach, CA
Sally, a Shih Tzu Mix, was rescued from the North Central LA shelter where he had been surrendered by her former Owners. She is now happily living in Encinitas, CA and is known as Gracie.
Sunny-D was rescued from the North Central LA Shelter after he was surrendered by his Owners for being aggressive. He was suffering from old and fresh breaks to his pelvis area and was dehydrated. We fell in love with his little under bite and took him in. He is full of personality and even with his disabilities from his prior abuse is a regular at our Meet & Greets. He was adopted by Kim, our Board Member who spoils him rotten!
Brando, a 6.5-lbs plush coated Chihuahua was rescued from Kern County. He is now living very contentedly in San Diego, CA
Farrah, a pure breed Shih Tzu, now renamed Misty, was rescued from Kern County and placed with a loving couple in Diamond Bar, CA with a fur-brother Gizmo
Chloe, a Boston Terrier Mix, was rescued from Kern County, where she ended up as an eight week old puppy with an ulcerated eye and demodex mange. She fully recuperated and is now living in Riverside, CA
Fernando (Ferdie) was rescued from Kern County with a damaged eye, that had to be removed. Even with this disfigurement he found a furever home with a compassionate couple who were able to overlook this flaw. He is now renamed Igor and living happily with Tyler (JuneBug) as his wing man!
Pablo, a 5-year old Chihuahua was rescued from Kern County where he ended up as a stray. He was given a wonderful furever home where he is adored and know as “Pabolicious” as he is so sweet!
Sasha, a Spaniel mix, was rescued from the Devore Shelter where she ended up as a stray. She was adopted by Pablo and Dolche’s family to make the perfect addition and is living happily in Silverado, CA
